Don’t eat too many sweets it can cause diabetes


We have all heard this phrase many times before especially if diabetes runs in your family or you are just a sugar lover.

The truth is that it is NOT true. There are two types of diabetes Type I and Type II. The only way that eating too much sugar can affect diabetes, is if you have been diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes or Type II diabetes. In which case, if you are diagnosed with Type II diabetes than you have already been asked to change your diet and exercise routine. Consuming too much sugar after being diagnosed can cause worsen your condition.
